Norman is a native of Birmingham, Alabama who discovered his love for reality after taking a course in college. From there, he studied real estate at The University of Alabama at Birmingham as he decided reality would be his path to success. After immersing himself in his field and understanding the importance of equal opportunity for minorities he opened his namesake agency. 

Norman and Associates Real Estate Solutions is the largest minority-owned luxury real estate brokerage in the country. With their focus on luxury properties, they have accumulated over $150 million in sales volume.
